💁🏻 Concept: Baptism
Water baptism is a Christian ordinance or sacrament where a believer is immersed in, sprinkled with, or has water poured over them as an outward sign of their inward faith and commitment to Jesus Christ. It symbolizes the believer's identification with the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus and their public declaration of repentance and new life in Him.

1. Baptism is an outward sign of inward faith.

1. Repent and be baptized in the name of Jesus.
2. Identify with Jesus without being ashamed. 
3. Proclaim Jesus and be proud of Him in public.

Why should followers of Christ be baptized?

🙏🏼 Prayer:
Lord Jesus, thank You for never being ashamed of me. Instead, You bore my sin on the cross, naked, while carrying my guilt and shame. Thank You for loving me. I pray that I would always remember that baptism is not just a ritual, but an outward sign of my faith and commitment to You. Help me identify with Your death and resurrection in a way that transforms my life. I want to follow You without shame and boldly proclaim You as my Lord and Savior. May I always be proud of You, no matter the cost. May Your Spirit enable me to live as Your true disciple. Amen.
