💁🏻 Concept: Bishop
Bishop: Translation of the Greek ἐπίσκοπος, a term used interchangeably with “pastor,” “overseer,” and “elder” to refer to the main governing office of a local church in the New Testament.

📖 Bible Readings: 1 Peter 5:1-2
(Acts 20:17, 28; Ephesians 4:11-12; 1 Timothy 3:1-2; Titus 1:5-8; 1 Peter 1 5:1-2; 1 Peter 2:9; Revelation 1:6, 5:10)

🙏🏼 Prayer:
Lord, thank You for the gift of the church and its leaders. Now, I understand that all Christians are equal in your eyes. We are all priest of the Kingdom of God. I pray that my church will become like the New Testament where spiritual oversight is rooted in love and accountability. Lead me to a place where I can grow, serve, and be held accountable by fellow believers. Guide me in choosing a church that reflects Your will and aligns with the teachings of the New Testament. May my heart be open to serve and honor You, and may I always seek to live as part of the priesthood of all believers. In Jesus' name, Amen.
