💁🏻 Concept: Depravity
Depravity means sin has corrupted every part of human nature—mind, heart, and will. It does not mean people are as evil as they could be, but it does mean they are unable to seek God on their own. Only God’s grace can rescue sinners and bring them to salvation.

📖 Bible Readings: 1 Corinthians 2:14

1. Sin affects every aspect of human nature.
2. Seeking to honor God is not natural. 
3. Salvation is entirely a work of God’s grace.

1. Acknowledge your need for God’s grace. 
2. Repent sincerely from the mind, heart, and will.
3. Trust in Christ alone for your salvation and transformation.

Why is it important to understand that salvation is entirely by God’s grace and not by our own efforts?

🙏🏼 Prayer:
Heavenly Father, I humbly acknowledge that apart from You, I am lost in sin. My mind, heart, and will are affected by depravity, and I cannot seek You on my own. But in Your love, You sent Christ to rescue me. Thank You for Your grace that saves, restores, and transforms. Help me to trust fully in You, knowing that my salvation is Your work alone. Keep me from pride and self-reliance, and draw me closer to You every day. May I live in gratitude for Your mercy and share Your grace with others. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
