3. Worship includes remembering God’s benefits:
 a. Forgives our sins.
 b. Heals our diseases. 
 c. Redeems our lives from the pit. 
 d. Crowns us with love and mercy.
 e. Satisfies us with good things. 

💪 Application:
1. Adore God with bended knees. 
2. Pour out all our emotions before God. 
3. Enumerate God’s blessings using your journal. 

🎙Discussion:
Why is it important to pour out our emotions (happiness, sadness, frustration, etc.) before God? 

🙏 Prayer:
Lord, I bow before You. I bless Your name. I worship You from the bottom of my heart. It is my deepest desire to honor You. Please use me as an instrument for Your glory. Use my life, my energy, my talents, and the remaining days of my existence for Your purposes. Please do not let my problems, failures, and frustrations hinder me from serving You. You are my gracious God. Your grace is always sufficient. You have blessed me in the past. I know You will bless me in the future. I put my trust in You. I worship You. In Jesus’ name, amen!
