📖 Scripture: Ephesians 5:33

👨‍💻 Teaching: 
1. The husband must love his wife as he loves himself and as Christ loves the church.
2. The wife must respect her husband and submit to him just as the church submits to Christ.
3. Marriage must be our testimony of the present reality of God’s Kingdom.

💪 Application:
1. Husband, be Jesus (love) to your wife. 
2. Wife, be the church (submit) to your husband. 
3. Together, raise the standard (Bible) of your relationship.

What practical steps can we take to make our marriage a reflection of God’s Kingdom? 

🙏 Prayer:
Father, thank You for the gift of marriage. Indeed, You are the author of our love story. As a couple, we submit our marriage to the Lordship of Jesus. As a husband, please enable me to love my wife just as Christ loves the church. And as a wife, please teach me to respect and submit to my husband just as the church submits to Christ. Lord God, we acknowledge that marriage is not about us; it is all about You! So we offer our marriage in the service of Your Son, King Jesus. Let Your glory and honor shine brightly through us. In Jesus' name, amen!
