1. God does not want you to be happy because He wants you to be joyful. 
- Happiness (saya) is different from Joy (ligaya). 
- Joy (χαίρω), thanks, (εὐχαριστέω), grace (χάρις) 
2. Joy is based on your status given by the grace of God. 
3. Rejoicing in the Lord is a command in the Bible.

💪 Application:
1. Rejoice in the Lord always. 
2. Celebrate your status in Christ. 
3. Be joyful regardless of the events in your life.

Why should you rejoice in the Lord always?
