1. Live by the Spirit. 
2. Do not quench the Spirit.
3. Pray for daily empowerment.

Father, forgive me for quenching the Spirit. Please continue to destroy the desires of my flesh so that I will be able to obey the Holy Spirt. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
