2. Control your emotion to manage the situation. 
3. Choose to be wise by being calm.

Why do you need to calm down in order to manage the situation?

🙏 Prayer:
Lord, whenever I encounter a bad situation, please let Your Holy Spirit control my emotion. Let my heart be filled with Your Spirit so that I will decide based on the Spirit and not on my own emotion.
