2. A fool person’s speech hurts and destroys. 
3. A wise person’s speech heals and builds. 

💪 Application:
1. Calm your heart so that your brain can speak.
2. Carefully choose your words before you release them. 
3. Test your speech:
    a. Is it true?
    b. Is it helpful?
    c. Is it glorifying to God?

Why is it important to calm your heart so that your mind can wisely speak?

🙏 Prayer:
Father, please do not allow me to contribute to gossips and malicious talks. Help me to refuse to say something that is not glorifying to You. I want to speak from the heart yet I want my words to be controlled by my mind. Give me wisdom so that my speech will always heal and build—for Your glory. In Jesus’ name…
