2. A quick-tempered person is outwardly strong but inwardly weak and foolish.
3. Bad things happen to quick-tempered people.
4. It is always wise to pause and think when you are angry.

1. Pause and think during challenging situations.
2. Consider the pros and cons first. 
3. Be patient and rake all good things.
4. Show power and wisdom by being self-controlled.

Father, help me understand that exercising patience in my interactions with others is not a sign of weakness but a demonstration of wisdom. Give me the grace to extend patience to those I encounter, even in challenging circumstances. In Jesus’ name… Amen.
