1. Our own covering is not sufficient.

2. Animal sacrifices point to the coming Lamb of God.

3. Old Testament people could be saved by faith in Jesus.

4. Only the righteousness of Jesus can cover our sins and shame.

 

💪 Application:

1. Stop trusting our own works.

2. Start trusting the work of Christ.

3. Believe that we are made holy and blameless.

4. Live a life of holiness.

Lord, thank You because I am covered by the blood of Jesus. I am forgiven. I am holy and blameless in the Your eyes. Thank You because You have restored my relationship with You. Please help me to live a life of holiness just as I am holy.
